- 25 jumping jacks
- 10 backward lunges (each leg)
- 1 minute plank
- 15 push ups
- 15 chair dips
- Side plank (30 sec. each side)
- 15 glute bridges
- wall sit (hold for 30 sec.)
- 1 min. plank
Rest. Repeat 2 more times
